The Kansas Golf Course Superintendents Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving its members by providing them with educational, professional development, and networking opportunities, advancing their profession and enhancing the enjoyment, growth, and vitality of the game of golf.

Image of Mason Schell Cliff Dipman Internship AwardMason Schell, freshman in Golf Course Management at K-State, received the KGCSA Cliff Dipman Internship Award for 2014.  Mason will be interning this summer at Prairies Dunes CC in Hutchinson and has worked at Cherry Oaks GC in Cheney, KS.

Mason is the son of Nicole and Greg Schell and graduated from Cheney High School.

This $2,000 award is awarded to a K-State student doing a golf course management internship at an 18-hole golf course whose superintendent is a member of the Kansas Golf Course Superintendents Association.
